1. Go to "My SparkPage" Click on "Edit My Sparkpage" Scroll down to "My Weight Loss Ticker" Select "Show my total pounds to lose and pounds lost (example starting 0, goal 20, pounds lost 10)" Scroll down and click "Save your changes"
2. Once you get to 7 minutes make yourself jump one more time or two more times. Do this every few days. It adds up.
