1. Go to "My SparkPage"
Click on "Edit My Sparkpage"
Scroll down to "My Weight Loss Ticker"
Select "Show my total pounds to lose and pounds lost (example starting 0, goal 20, pounds lost 10)"
Scroll down and click "Save your changes"
2. Once you get to 7 minutes make yourself jump one more time or two more times. Do this every few days. It adds up.
it seems like i can't jump rope after 7 minutes how to i get past that mark
how do i have what you all have a show of my current weight and what i lost i noticed all you have is that bar underneath of ins saying weight 200 down to 150 how do i get that to show up on mine
