Thanks for joining the team goal. You dont have to jump the full 5 minutes nonstop. I actually jump for 30 to 35 seconds intervals. I walk and breathe deeply for 10 seconds and then resume the 5 minute countdown. Hope this is helpful.
Hi everyone, I've been chatting with Jamie our team leader about setting up a team goal for June. I noticed a lot of people have been posting the amount of jumps or minutes they did in the forum. But if we had it as a team goal where we can log the amount of minutes we did each day, we would not only build a lot of SP points for our team, we would motivate each other with the challenge. Just some friendly competition. The idea is this. We log our minutes, not the amount of jumps because on the SP fitness log, it calculates calories burnt for minutes, not for jumps. To reward the winner with the most amount of minutes of jump rope at the end of June, we can each buy that person an inexpensive vitual goodie (optional). What do you guys think?
