Glad to see that you have found yourselves to the Chit Chat Room. I'm not much of a talker but I will stop in and wish you all a wonderful day.

I dare say, Laura, you had a good weekend, and that's good.

You've given me another great marketing idea. We can combine cleaning in your place and the t-rex dust bunnies with paintball and hungry, hungry hippos. Instead of 'guns' people use portable shop-vacs. Instead of shooting they have to do battle to suck up the bunnies. The one with the most t-bunnies wins! It will be the rage for the children's birthday market! (I'm brilliant.. lol)

Hum... you're on a good path with the exercise equipment bit and my lounge chair. How plausible does a "prone elliptical" sound? I got to think that one through.

Although you have 4 pugs, I'm waiting on some possible wonderful news and addition(s) to my family. One of the local SPCA's advertised that they were about to put down 2 toy poodles if they weren't adopted that weekend. I put applications in for both of them. They're older, 10 and 8 years, so they may be as lazy as I am but we'll start slow together. Since they're poodles I'm sure to get a great upper body work out having to brush the ever-loving-crap out of them everyday. Just keeping my fingers crossed, and wondering if I should get my head examined.

I'm off to use my stationary bike peddles... yep, I only have room for the peddles, not the whole bike. lol

Keep working hard!!!!! You rock!

Hi, LIG--

LOL! Well, I think you should go the exercise equipment route on the marketing idea. You could use your lounge chair as inspiration for design of the contraption. The name would be the Ass-Blaster Platinum (complete with workout DVD & the revolutionary new diet plan, together making it a virtual barbecue for your backside!). Hee, hee, hee!

Glad you're hanging in there through all the highs & lows, dips, & turns of this wild roller coaster we call life. Me & my hubby did family stuff this weekend, so getting that housework done proved an elusive goal. Ah, yes. I just love to clean. And with 4 pugs to sweep up after, our dust bunnies are the size of a baby T-rex & just as sassy (they bite!). lol Oh, well. I'll have to prepare for battle tonight, then.

I've made some progress, too. Congrats on your success, TIG! Keep up the good work!

I worked over the weekend... an occupational hazard. Tomorrow and Wednesday are my "weekend" days. Much to do during them, including doing battle with a laundry machine filled with stuffed animal pellets. Just a friendly suggestion, some things just shouldn't be placed in a washer, dog beds being #1.

Time to charge up the dust buster!

Hi there, Laura.
Sorry I slid off the map a couple of days. It's been a rollercoaster of days, but I'm doing OK with my working out. 5 lbs gone in week one seems pretty reasonable and makes me happy. Hopefully week 2 (this week) will be as productive in my ass-reduction program. (Should I copyright that and try to sell it to Nutrisystem or WeightWatchers? $$$$)

The lawn chair I worked so hard to put together, still hasn't been introduced to my backside. How sad is that? Good in some aspects bad in others. So long as I enjoy it before the first snow I should be happy.

Keep walking. It's doing you a lot of good. You're doing GREAT!

Off to the lake today for the week. Looks like great weather to be sitting by the beach.

Hey, LIG! How are you buddy? Thanks for enlightening me. In MY case, as far as grace goes, I believe there must be some sort of inverse ratio of the universe that says that ass size is negatively proportional to one's grace. I'm sure Einstein or Hawking knows what I'm talking about. emoticon

Well, I never did get around to my cleaning yesterday--I only did my kitchen so I guess I have a date with my Swiffer tonight. I did get my walk in with Leslie Sansone though. YAY!

Putting together lounge chairs is good excercise, & only ironic if you sit in it when you are done!

Hope things are going well, LIG--hope to chat with you later.

Laura
