I'm already doing America on the Move, so I'll join you also. I know as it gets colder my steps will be going down in number. Right now I average about 20,000 a day, but I know that's going to change. So, I need challenges to keep pushing myself!

We all know that with our busy lives its hard to stay active, and even harder to get back into being active. I'm am just finishing up a challenge I had in another group and I'm eager to continue it, and hopefully have a higher turnout. Its a pedometer challenge where you keep track of your steps everyday, with the goal of having your weekly total be at least 70,000 steps. at the end of the month the winner will be emailed a certificate. Walking 70,000 steps a week will really kickstart anyones plans into being active again, and the competition is really motivating. check out pedometerchallenge.blogspot.com to see what its all about, and let me know if anyone is interested for November!!
