Does anyone have a favorite recipe book for freezer cooking that they use? I saw one in the store today by Southern Living, but I didn't get it. I checked Amazon and it seems like there are a few others that are good too. Would love to hear other opinions on this! Also, on freezer cooking, I notice that often the dish must be removed from the freezer the night before (not a big deal) and then cooked for sometimes up to an hour - the hour is difficult, sometimes I don't get home from work until very late. What is your take on this? Do you have any suggestions for dishes that might not take as long?
