I will hard boil eggs and reheat in micro later. I cut them in half and put in for about 20 seconds. Very tasty.
I've never tried it. I'm leery of reheated eggs.

I am trying always trying to plan ahead on our meals since i am so tight on time. I have seen omelets in the freezer section in the grocery and I am wondering if I fix omelets myself (so I can do them my way with veggies), would I be able to freeze them? Then I could take them out of the freezer the night before and heat them up in the microwave at work the next day. Has anyone tried this?
