Would she eat chicken salad with the crackers? I make a simple one with chicken breast, light mayo, apples and dried cranberries...no onions or celery (like many kids dislike)
I've experienced part of a diet that will help you lose weight and it's guaranteed for life. Basically, you eat a meat and a vegetable for lunch everyday and the pounds will come off. I bought a package which has individual packages of roast beef and some steam veggies for work and put them in the microwave. It really does work!
Freeze individual cartons of yogurt. Put one in her lunchbag in the morning, and it'll be thawed out by lunchtime.

So my daughter is developing a weight issue and I pack her lunch everyday. Problem is she does not like most breads. She likes those mini hamburger buns (snacker size) and I have been putting lunch meat in them. I tried pinwheels but she does not like the break for them as well. I am now down to cheese cubes, crackers and fruit. Thank goodness the school year is almost over. Any suggests! PS she does not like carrots at allll So I can't throw in those carrots sticks and dip options.
