I mix a vinegrette. It is pretty traditional with garlic, dijon mustard, herbs, & olive oil. However, I use seasoned rice wine vinegar. I have found that I can use much less oil than I do with other oils. I would rather have less of something good than more of something bottled!

I mix lemon juice with a little splenda...or balsamic vinegar with splenda and have discovered Bolthouse dressings from 35 to 45 cal for two tbsp...

What I do about my weight expresses how I feel about myself and my relationship with my Lord right now.
