My goal is cardio 5 times a week.
I am trying to increase my time down to 15 minutes/ mile (getting there very slow process).
Good for you getting over 10000 steps!

So far, yesterday and today I walked over 10,000 steps! Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I did it! Today's steps were:
1/7/2011 - 12,653
1/6/2011 - 10,000!
My goal is to go over 10,000 everyday, because I know that if I want to lose the weight, I need to be a lot more active.
My goal for my crock-pot: To learn to use it!
