I made the Mexican Bean Soup from Fix-It and Forget-It Lightly, (I'll try to post it later). It turned out good even my picky eater son liked it. There are a few things I will do differently next time like add more rice and cook longer than the suggested time.

I had the Ham and Potato Breakfast (on the Breakfast thread). It was really good. I only had to cook it on low for 8 hours though. It was just starting to get to the point where it might have burnt if i went over 8 hours. A nice change from the old cereal breakfast!

My family really enjoyed the Chicken Parisienne courtesy of Rival Crock Pot (I posted it in the chicken thread). It'll definitely be made again and again. Not sure if it would be appropriate for an all day slow cookin' kind of meal...maybe on low. Great for a busy weekend dinner though.
I made the Lemon Chicken recipe yesterday. It was really good. The only adjustment I would make would be to use less sugar and ketchup and more lemonade (I thought it was too sweet...but DH loved it!) Also, watch the cooking time, the chicken got tough when I went over by 30 minutes. Otherwise, delicious recipe!
