Hey partner, I've ton's of recipes, but the new system is so difficult to get the nutritional values in that I'm using a different site and will transfer them here. Do you have any clue for instance why finding cocoa without using a brand name can be. I've tried to enter several here but for not Im Going to enter them into the nutritional data site and manually enter in the nutritional values. It would be nice if we could just go back to the old way (or am I missing something?

I love the slowcooker and have for years. I like how tender the maeals cook in it. One of my favorites is pot roast with carrots/onions/potatoes.

Post your slowcooker/crockpot recipes in the proper thread. If you can't find a thread that fits your recipe please Spark Mail me.

Let's keep recipes in the recipes threads and chit-chat stuff in corresponding threads to make viewing the recipes easier. Chit-chat is VERY welcome!

If you have made this recipe or have tasted it please but "Tried & True" at the top of your recipe post.

Please always post where you got your recipe. Cookbook or URL etc...

An idea to keep up with the new recipes is to subscribe to all of the recipe threads so you know when a new one is posted. If you do not respond to a thread or subscribe to a thread you must come to the team daily to see what has been added. The subscribing to the recipe threads might make it easier to keep track of the new recipes posted.

ENJOY!!!
