Thanks Deni, Still haven't heard back after yet another message. Sometimes you step back and take too many breaths and get dizzy. Monday I will contact the corporate office.
I was in Palo Alto yesterday for a Dr.appt. That is usually an all day trip. We left at 9 a.m. and got back at 10:p.m. The traffic is bad. (Worse than in San Diego) it took 4 hrs. to get there.
Today it is back in gthe100"s and will be all weekend. I don't know if I'll spend too much time outside today.
I have been reading about the shooting in Colorado. What a tragedy! I don't know what I would do in a situation like that.
Exercise, barn cleaning and who knows today. I started doing this exercise called Tabata Training the 4 minute exercise. I read it on SparkPeople the article is Tabata 101. Anyway, you take an exercise(I use rowing or stationary bike) and you do it as fast as you can for 20 seconds then rest for 10 sec. and repeat till you have your 4 minutes. It is pretty intense. If you want to check it out check the link below. www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness_artic
Well it's tabata time I get a move on! (I know, terrible pun!)
Have a great day all!

You have come to far to be controlled by a cookie!
Life is God's gift to you. What you chose to do with your life is your gift to God.
