Thanks for the information and update. I am starting anew with my walking again. I have no idea how busy people keep on track. I have worked for a few weeks and after work I tutored. It is so hard to keep a workout going. I have read just about everything and I am still a bit stressed and not able to stay focused.

I decided to buy the book by Harry Papas and I am starting today in following the diet. It looks pretty easy to follow, especially with foods that I like. It says that you could lose up to 10% of your body weight in the first month. I hope that is true, I would love to lose it. I will keep you posted each week.
I have friends that started on Herb-a-Life, so I want to compare how I do with them. Already, I can say the MW is cheaper!! They have to buy protein shake mixes, vitamins, and teas.
