So I am one who needs accountability...
Three Fruits Daily =1/2 in middle of night with med; 1/2 for dinner and apple for snack
Three veggies daily=potato, sweet pepper ,onion, yellow squash, Zucchini, avocado, tomato
Three fish weekly = set albacore tuna out for tomorrow, plan salmon for Saturday lunch
3 legume weekly =4 bean salad, black beans, fresh green beans
Olive oil daily= easily do this...
White chicken =lunch
Walnut/almond = chopped walnuts in fruit smoothie this evening with apple and yogurt
Wine with meal is not option [dry alcoholic] so will have 5oz red or purple grape juice daily= am snack
I think this is do-able!!! I am excited ...will be interesting to keep it going while on vacation!
