I remember the days of new Easter dress & an Easter bonnet. Don't dress up that much now because we have a 5K race called Rez Run (resurrection run) on Easter morning. I will be walking it with several friends. We have a Sunrise Service at 6:15 am & our regular service at 10:15 am. I'll probably go to the regular service.
when i was a child an when he children were little, but now I work. This year I work till 11 Sat, so no way I can go to early service, I go in at 11A so no way I can go to second service. I get off at 8 so instead of fixing dinner we will have subway.

None now. When I was in high school it was 'fashionable' to have an Easter bonnet for Sunday. That was when we had to wear hats to church and before veils became the usual choice. All my friends bought Eater hats, and it was all they talked about so I also bought one too, but hated it sooo...and also didn't want to be seen in it so I went to 6 AM mass where no one (that mattered) would see me...how stupid can one be

Personal goal is to weigh in 149 by the end of March 2015. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THIS GOAL IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS! Summer of 2014 I gained 10 pounds of it back while traveling to the BVI's and Ireland so I have set a new goal for 2015 to be back to below 150 by January 2015.
When I was a kid we always had a family picnic at my aunt & uncles farm. There was an egg hunt for the kids and of course everyone brought food so we had a big pot luck dinner. Now all our kids are grown and live away from us so other than attending church we don't do much.
