I have a long term goal/weight I would like to reach but really it is the day to day that I need to focus on. It is the emotional ups and downs that get me in trouble. emoticon

I find that I have better luck making & keeping short term goals. That way, I feel like I'm accomplishing something when I reach them.

I normally have a daily goal and I also set weekly goals.

This past week I was simply taking a break. I felt like I had been spinning my wheels and I needed to take a break.

Of course, I definitely have long-term goals. They seem to change a little as I realize all the different possibilities with new data, new technology, and family member interest.

I end up changing my goals when they don't work. I think right now it is to try to get rid of a pain in my side that is probably caused by what I eat. I've been looking up what is better to eat and what to avoid for what we think the problem is, but the different sites say completely opposite things so I am trying to figure it out by myself.
