I am not much for competing but I did submit some photos at our county fair a few years ago and got an honorable mention on one.
Not into awards for myself. way past that.

Quilt and Lose - co Team Leader
I was in 4H and competed in horticulture several times. I always wanted to win State. I made it to 3ed place with less then .5 of a point between 1st and 3rd when we moved so I couldn't compete the next year.

It's a bit late for it, but I would have liked to have won a reining or cutting competition with my horse.
I have competed in several horse competitions and won a couple minor ones. I have competed with my dogs in conformation, obedience and herding. We placed in obedience and Annie got an Open degree. Herding she qualified for Herding Started. Conformation we needed someone else to handle her in order for a judge to even look at her.
What award would you love to win and for what achievement? Have you ever competed for an award? If so, how did you do?
