3 cups of coffee in the morning before breakfast

Jackie I'm a Halloween baby but many years ago.

5'3" - I shrunk from 5'4"
Summer: Minesota
Winter: Arizona (as of Dec. '08)

Personal goal is to weigh in 149 by the end of March 2015. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THIS GOAL IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS! Summer of 2014 I gained 10 pounds of it back while traveling to the BVI's and Ireland so I have set a new goal for 2015 to be back to below 150 by January 2015.

I drink water most of the time, but I like my tea and the Dr says I drink coffee. Long story.

Never have a problem with water. In cold weather like something hot more frequently, hot chocolate or cider, not big on coffee & tea any more.

Water is never a problem. Also will have Good Earth tea - original blend or hot Choc with water.

Water and when I can afford it, caffene free diet cola. In the winter it is warm "hot" chocolate.
