I use the exercise room at work, and sign up for time slots according to when I *think* I'll be done with my projects for the day. Doesn't always work out, and sometimes I go in at other times hoping to find the machines vacant (there are only a few) & they are all being used.
Otherwise, stretching, yoga, & dance at home --- whenever I can fit it in, not scheduled.
My exercise has kind fallen by the wayside in recent months. But I did go to Curves today & it was like starting at day 1 again. My insurance has Silver Sneakers & they pay for it. There are some advantages to getting older. They will also pay for the Aqua Power classes I signed up for at the Y.
It used to be volleyball, softball and bowling.....but now that my challenge is not being able to walk.
I sit in my chair and when something peppy plays on the radio...my feet start tapping and the marching begins. Depending on the pain level or how cold I am determines how often and how long I can march.
But I make certain I get in marching EVERY day!
My day is not complete until needle, thread & fabric meet!!

I do not like to exercise so my best attempt is walking (with a tape) and biking. However, I have a moved disc in my back and walking is limited also I have to build up stamina for both walking and biking...I know I need to do more - jsut don't do it...

Personal goal is to weigh in 149 by the end of March 2015. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THIS GOAL IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS! Summer of 2014 I gained 10 pounds of it back while traveling to the BVI's and Ireland so I have set a new goal for 2015 to be back to below 150 by January 2015.
