We always have a large weekend ! We have family and friends over on the weekend and we always cook out and play tennis, volleyball, board games, cards and such. We defiantly DO NOT have an empty nest ! Our youngest is 6 and the oldest is 14 !! We have quite a ways to go !! Hugs, Rose

Every day we decide by early afternoon on the amount of calories we have left and cook accordingly...Always a good size salad, and berries for dessert...

Personal goal is to weigh in 149 by the end of March 2015. I did not make my previous goal so must do better...I ACHIEVED THIS GOAL IN MAY 2013. A LOSS OF 37 POUNDS! Summer of 2014 I gained 10 pounds of it back while traveling to the BVI's and Ireland so I have set a new goal for 2015 to be back to below 150 by January 2015.
