When I used to work (the kind someone gives you a paycheck for) I always brought a lunch as I would cook batch meals and set aside stuff for lunches. Far tastier, more nutritious and better for the budget.

I have always brought my lunch to work, as it helps with the budget. But since following the recipe suggestions in 'The Spark Solution', I have found both the financial and calorie budget has improved!

I am all about saving $ and having better control over my portions and eating healthier when I have to work. So YES, I am a lunch bringer and I actually just bought myself a new Fit & Fresh Lunch tote that came with 3 fit & fresh container to ensure I stay in portion control. I like to bring at least 2 fruits to go with my lunch to help keep my servings up in the veggies or fruit area.
