Thanks for posting that link! I actually bookmarked into a folder on my PC called "Healthy Lifestyle"

Although most of the ideas are not new to me, there were a few that took by surprise.

I have got to get a pedometer!!! I'm also fixing my bike today, so I can ride to my afternoon job. With my oldest son driving to school, there is no reason I have to drive while the weather is still nice.

So many great tips Carolyn! Thank you for sharing them :-) Yep, salsa is such a good food. Now I know another reason why! The yogurt tip has been a very important one for me. Nonfat Greek yogurt has truly been a good food for me and often fills my cravings for my former biggest culprit--ice cream. emoticon emoticon
