YES...that is how I read it as mathmatic fractions .25 = 1/4cup
.75 = 3/4cup .5=1/2cup
In GOD We Trust Choose To Lose
"If you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired."
-General George S Patton, U.S.Army, 1912 Olympian
0.25 = 1/4 cup
Weight loss is accomplished with the mind.
A person who wants something WILL find a way....a person who doesn't will find an excuse.
Which do you prefer?
The pain of self discipline?....or...the pain of self regret?
1 cup is usually 240 ml.
1 quart is 960 ml, a little less than a liter.
1 teaspoon is 5ml.
1 tablespoon is 15 ml.
I'm just presuming that you use the metric system. I use both.

Does anyone have an easy way to interpet the measurements in the suggested food menus by Sparkpeople? I am trying to follow my menus more but having difficulty with the measurements. For example 0.25 cup, how much is that actually?
