Yes, every day. It helps me stay accountable for what I eat. Even if I go over my daily target of calories I can see where I went astray. It also helps me figure out what nutrients I need to increase. It's a great tool!

I stopped for a while and I gained weight. When I use the food tracker, my eating habits improve, and I lose weight and maintain it when I'm at my goal. I just have to get better at making it a habit.
