A definitive way would be to approximate the calories of each ingredient for the two loaves and to then divide by 20. If you get close to the 150 range then you are good to go.

if the recipe makes 2 loaves it is 10 per loaf. Did it say it makes 2 loaves, or did you use 2 small pans, verses 1 large pan

That would be the total for both loaves of bread. So one loaf is 10 servings.

I made a pumpkin banana bread recipe.

It makes 2 breads.

But then it says it makes 20 servings.

Do you think it's 20 servings per bread?
Or
10 servings per bread X 2 breads= 20 servings?

At 150 calories per serving, it makes a difference!
