Before I started working full time I walked daily outside. Now with my work schedule I mainly walk my dogs every day I can outside for their 1 mile to 1.5 miles on our road. I try and get my extra steps in by parking way out in the lots and staying in motion when possible. Currently though my method of cardio walking is basically using the used Sole F80 treadmill in the garage, I recently got in December or using my elliptical in the house.
Walks. I no longer have a treadmill and I miss it.

I prefer to walk outside, but with less sidewalks due to snow, I'm not comfortable. I don't like walking only inches from traffic. I enjoy walking on the indoor track at the gym. No traffic to scare me and I'm moving unlike a treadmill. I also use the treadmill at the gym since I can watch television shows on it. I don't have cable service at home so it's the only time that I can watch television. I usually see cooking or travel shows. I don't want to watch news or anything that might upset me when I exercise.

I prefer running outdoors myself. However, when it's not overly cold, I'll walk to the gym on the weekends, since it's in my neighborhood, and I don't work out when it's dark during those times.
outside with my dog Sara. She loves to go walking.

I am gratful for my treadmill so I can be on for long periods and still be in ear of my 89 year young mother.

I prefer walking outside. I don't have access to a treadmill, but we do have an indoor walking area we can use when the weather is bad.

Usually the treadmill because it is at the gym. I do take walks and park in the farthest parking space when shopping.

Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner. Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

I prefer swimming, walking is not one of my favorite exercises unless I am hiking or in the woods and moving through some serious wilderness with fresh air and water near by.

I walk outside the majority of the time, if I can't then I will either walk on the treadmill or ride the stationary bike.
