I love chocolate frosted mini wheats. :-)
I used to eat a lot of cereal but right now I'm into peanut butter toast topped with apples. It seems to hold me over longer than cereal. I have kids though, (ranging in age from (soon to be)16 down to 3), so we have a lot of cold cereal in our house. (We spend more than $15 a week just on cereal! lol) Unfortunately it's typically the more sugary kind, but it's good for a quick breakfast. :-)

I used to have oatmeal 6 days a week but have changed to raisin bran or multigrain cheerios for the time being!

Right now as I am still battling either part head cold plus some other virus ( I know its not strep or the flu I went to the clinic as soon as I felt sick & got tested) I am LOVIN"
Quaker instant oatmeal flavored packages. Its soothing to my throat, warms me up & keeps me full, plus I am getting some fiber in.

I also love- Cream Of Wheat cereal hot/warm with a little milk. That was one of my "go-to" breakfasts growing up.

Usually in the warm season I will eat cold cereal- Special K, Kashi, stuff along those lines that have high fiber content and lower sugar levels

I've eaten cold cereal most of my life, but, lately, I haven't been enjoying it; so I've been eating whole grain toast and whole grain English muffins instead. emoticon

Kashi - mostly go lean crunch

I don't eat it as a meal, because it doesn't hold me, but our snack at preschool on Mondays is Cheerios... or to be more accurate, the ones from Trader Joe's. I use the Kashi Go Lean as the crunchy topping on my greek yougurt and berries as a treat in the afternoon.
