Hello slow pokes. I got an early call to come into work early today so I didn't get a chance to stop in this morning. I'm am reading everyones' posts daily in hopes of getting to know the regulars a little so I can comment on your posts. My sister still hasn't had the baby. I am still being patience. I would love to have some good news.
I talked to Pete, my biological father, last night. He is in denial and he was a little snappy. I feel a lot better that I at least got to tell him, "I love him." The doctors' did increase is oxygen from 12 liters to the maximum 15 liters.
I talked to one of my sister and his wife last night as well. I also found that I related to some very cruel people. They called the VA hospital that he is staying at and asked, "If it is true will he be dead by the weekend!"
Who does that?
All I asked is prayer for conviction for the crucial heartless people that would do that!
My resolutions:
I started a book last night, Eat Pray Love. I made through chapter 12. They were very little chapters. Some were as small as a page. So far so good!
I also emailed one place that I would like to volunteer. I have two more places that I am interested in. I figure if I do not get a response by Tuesday I will move to the second one on my list.
I got in contact with one of the schools I am interested. She will be emailing me more information that I had requested. I have about 5 schools on the list. I just have to look at all the variables.
I took Kaleb swimming on Wednesday. Today, I am going to the gym just to distress and rejuvenate. Monday, I start the Wellness Clinic. I am pretty excited about it.

Hi all Went with DH to the foot doctor. He is now in diabetic shoes we will get them in 4 weeks. He just bought a new pair of boots and the Dr told him not to ware them anymore

Hello! I am tracking food today for the first time ~ WOOT! I'm so happy to be feeling motivated but not pressured. It's completely different from the two extremes - challenged beyond what I think can do, on the one hand, and flat out blob-on-the-couch giving up, on the other. Glad I found this team!!

Good Morning, or what's left of it. Went to the fitness center this morning and I did 20 minutes on the recumbrant bike. I would have done more but Bob wasn't up to staying too long today. He had planned to use the recumbrant bike too but his left leg wouldn't co-operate. So for now he'll just use the pool. Next week I've got to pick up a swimsuit so I can use the pool too. I think Bob will stay longer as long as I work out in the pool with him. It's raining off and on today so won't be doing anything outside. Hope everyone has a good day.

I did a quick lower body workout yesterday, so of course today my legs feel sore and tight. This morning I did a quick upper body exercise, so that's what I'm looking forward to feeling tomorrow.
Am I the only one who feels stronger just because I'm sore?
I'm getting back to tracking my meals these last 3 days... it's been a challenge, but I've decided that this year, if I can't manage to write down what I'm eating, especially when I'm sitting at a computer with internet access 8 hours a day... I've got a problem.
I got an email today saying I won a free lunch next Tuesday! I get to take 3 people with me, but I don't have anyone who would be able to... Maybe they'll let me get something I could take home for my husband--he'll be at work and won't be able to leave during his shift.
I've been sneaking home to work out before I go pick up my daughters from daycare... I miss the extra few minutes I could spend with them, and I miss getting to talk to both of their teachers--they get sent home before the place closes, as the number of kids goes down--but I've got to realize that I need to spend some time on me, too.

This is one of the worst days ever.
I got into a huge argument this morning with my roommate.
I got into my car and my check engine light is on. My car feels like it is going to stall.
When I finally made it to work I got an emotional phone call. It was Stella, my biological father's wife, she was telling me my father is in his final days.
Then I got a call from my son's teacher and he has a rash. Now I am waiting on his doctor to call me back.
I have had two anxiety attacks since I woke up. It is just to much.

Good morning slow pokes. I hope everyone had a good day yesterday and is ready for another one today.
I eat healthy updated my SP page, nutrition info, tracker my food, did 20 push ups against the counter top, walked about 10 total minutes at work, and pedaled the floor bike for 20 minutes, and did some SPARKING.
IToday I will try to do as well or even better. My challenge today is that I am going to an Asian buffet tonight so my plan is to have the salad bar, of course, soup, and a fresh made entree of shrimp, mushroom and bean sprouts.

My maintenance period is over. I didn't do so bad. I am at 250.5 pounds. I stayed within 5 pounds. I am very happy that I could maintain because that just proves to me that once I hit my goal weight I will be able to maintain.
Who wants to loss all the weight and then just gain it back? I sure don't!
Now that the New Year is here... I have my resolutions:
Weight: Last year I lost 88 pounds. This year goal is 51 pounds. I want the end of this year to be in Onelander. I have seen a 100 anything since I was in 7th Grade. That is less then a pound a week. Since I am not just dreaming or wishing this is how I will attack on my fat :)
Friday, I went to the shoe store brought a new pair of sneakers because my old ones are falling apart. They are my Christmas and New Year's present to myself. (My excuse not to work out every day.)
I called my gym on Monday and I made an appointment for the Wellness Clinic which last 12 weeks. I will be held accountable. I was surprised that the clinic is included in my membership!
This morning I took all the leftover candy, cakes, cookies and chocolate brought them to work! My home is healthy and less tempting again.
I blogged the rest of my resolutions.

Good day and Happy 2013 to this team. I joined late in Dec so I could become active on this team starting today. I've been on SP since 2010 and am very active here. Please stop by my page and get to know a little about me if you are interested. I was a very slow loser in 2012 and that's what motivated me to join this team. I look forward to getting to know at least some of you as this team membership is very LARGE !!!
My main focus for 2013 is gonna be on fitness which is VRY hard for me to even think about !!! Although I am way more active since I have lost 100lbs since Jan 2010 when I started my journey to living a healthier life. It is a way of life for me now but I know I NEED to incorporate fitness into it on a more regular basis. So that is my goal for 2013.

The hubs and I watched the ball drop on Times Square, kissed each other at midnight, toasted each other with Sparkling Grape Juice and went to bed!
