I find that anything I eat or drink using Psuedo sugars short circuits my diet just like real sugar does, leaving me hungry. I drink plain water, tea with or without caffeine, and water flavored with lemon or lime or oranges or cucumbers or pineapple or mint leaves, and count all of the above as water. Try different flavors you like in water until you find some flavors to stick with. My dh subsists on no caffeine, non sugar diet soda but his appetite is still out of control, he sneaks food all day and night. I blame the soda. Less chemical is better.
