I just have resistance bands. I did have some small hand weights, but they got lost in my move. I do have a gym with weights and an exercise bike and some cable machines downstairs in my apartment building.

exercise bike and bowflex, neither of which I can use, with my arthritic issues. I use a set of small dumbbells for weights, and my canes or rollator walker for walking distances, depending on the terrain and weather. I don't have to go far to use the elliptical trainer at our clinic, or our local pool in season, so I use those as well.

Treadmill, spin bike, e-z curl bar, dumbells from 3-25 lbs, barbell, stability ball, resistence band, these little balls, a shake weight (got it just for fun) and a home gym system with pulley and a smith bar and bench, have straight bar, rope and other attachments for it..but I get more of a workout at the gym cuz it's too distracting trying to do it at home (most of it's in the dining room)
