An exercise bike used by my fiance mainly, dumbells, used by me regularly, yoga mat, DVDs in regular use.

At Home...I have a Treadmill, Spin Bike & Pilates Power Machine...

Aerobic DVDs, Yoga DVDs, Resistance bands, Hand weights, Foam Roller, Stability Ball...

Also go to the Gym for the use of the PooL & take a few aerobics class as a change of pace, & use their strength training equipment.

I'm Not Where I Need to Be...BUT...Thank God I'm NOT Where I Used to Be!

I just have resistance bands. I did have some small hand weights, but they got lost in my move. I do have a gym with weights and an exercise bike and some cable machines downstairs in my apartment building.

exercise bike and bowflex, neither of which I can use, with my arthritic issues. I use a set of small dumbbells for weights, and my canes or rollator walker for walking distances, depending on the terrain and weather. I don't have to go far to use the elliptical trainer at our clinic, or our local pool in season, so I use those as well.

Stability ball, medicine ball, hand weights, 2 and 3 pounds, resistance bands and my computer to play videos and my body to actually use these things. LOL

Treadmill, spin bike, e-z curl bar, dumbells from 3-25 lbs, barbell, stability ball, resistence band, these little balls, a shake weight (got it just for fun) and a home gym system with pulley and a smith bar and bench, have straight bar, rope and other attachments for it..but I get more of a workout at the gym cuz it's too distracting trying to do it at home (most of it's in the dining room)

Once I get to Africa where my home is I will have Balance ball, seat-less pedal "machine". dumbbell weights, pedometer (wearing it right now), walking shoes, fitness dvds.
