Good for you!! The Spark way is all about creating new, healthy habits - and as you've learned that can't be done overnight!! Over the last couple of years I've changed one or two habits at a time and its totally paid off - now eating 5 (usually more) freggies a day is habit, drinking 8 or more glasses of water is habit, doing exercise every day is habit - you get the picture!! Its made a huge difference in my life doing it this way because its not HARD - its just how I do things now!! It will work for you too!!
