Good for you!! The Spark way is all about creating new, healthy habits - and as you've learned that can't be done overnight!! Over the last couple of years I've changed one or two habits at a time and its totally paid off - now eating 5 (usually more) freggies a day is habit, drinking 8 or more glasses of water is habit, doing exercise every day is habit - you get the picture!! Its made a huge difference in my life doing it this way because its not HARD - its just how I do things now!! It will work for you too!!

i am new to this team but not to spark people i have used this site before and it did help but i slowly came up with excuses well NO MORE!!! i have started back on my new healthy living and slowly i will incorporate everything into my life.... i have noticed that when i try to do everything at once i tend to be overwhelmed and fail....well NO MORE!!! I am giving myself just over a year to lose most of my weight .... and i WILL reach this goal :) thanx for listening
