I mean...sometimes you have to look back at the day before and analyze it for what could you have done to do a better job or be more prepared. But you have to learn from it, live in the moment and also look toward tomorrow. (I also just love the music...it is catchy).
Also...try taking it one pound at a time one week at a time..if you lose faster---great. If you set your goals for other things rather than pounds it takes the focus off of the results and more into the process. My big focus is exercise because I appear to have the eating under control now that I am 3 months into this journey.
