I decided that for my own piece of mind, I won't be using the scale anymore. If I can get Bob to agree, I'll stick it in the yard sale we're having the 16th and 17th. But I flatly won't be using it again. He says he wants to use it but he maybe gets on it 1-2 times a year, so he could do that at the doctor's office.
I will be measuring myself once a month to see if I'm making any progress but I'm going to hang up a really pretty angel top that I wore when I was a size L and work to get back down to where it'll fit me. I'm currently a size 2XL so it's going to be awhile.

Hi everybody I been with curves for about 11 mo and curves complete for 12 weeks and only lose in the 12 weeks 8 lb all together 12 lb in allmost 1 year I'm in the 12 week I have to put it back on then go back to week 1 and start all over they say it will help my body to lose more.now I eat a lot of food I don't like but I can deal with it I got all the things I need to teach me what I need to me though. thanks for letting me put it out there. by the way it 192 lb.

Instead of a diet suppliment, try cutting back on the sodium. Bob's cardioligist says if you're trying to lose weight, to keep the sodium under 1500 grams a day.

Not doing so well. Those three pounds I took off, well i have put them back on! I am so frustrated with myself! Just can't seem to get it off and keep it off! Anyone know of some diet supplement I could take to help me get started?
