Just weighed in this morning and down another pound for a total of 22 pounds. I don't know why this time is different from all the other times but I am doing so well and just happy with my progress and my changes (eating and exercise).

I'm a LOSER!!!

I've lost 6 lbs emoticon

I'm a little early with my 'monthly' weigh-in..This is my FIRST one, and I wasn't going to do it until Aug. 15th. but I had to sneak a peek to see if Biking Across America was really making a difference...and it must be because in all honesty my eating patterns really haven't changed.

Knowing that my efforts are paying off...I really need to get serious with the 'diet' side of my journey. Kick it up a notch, so to speak. Again, not necessarily giving up all the junky foods, but just kinda limiting the bad and eating more of the good.....like ummm veggies, (damn near forgot what they were called) haha...

I weigh in tomorrow morning...I have seen a new low ...but of course as
I jump on the scale this morning I am up 1 pound and 1/2 from the new low
uggHHH...this is tough!

Carve out what is most important to you first, then allocate your day to others! I promise you and they will be better for this decision!!
