I Spark every day and I try to get as many SparkPoints as I can every day and track all my food and exercise every day. Also try to get at least one new recipe to try every week and have a few close friends I write to every few days.

I sign into SparkPeople every day and I huddle on certain teams every day but there some days I do not spend as much time Sparking as others. I do try to get at least 25 points a day so that I can do the Bonus Spin.
