In GOD We Trust Choose To Lose "If you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired." -General George S Patton, U.S.Army, 1912 Olympian

Geneen Roth in her book WOMEN FOOD AND GOD says to do an inquirery or ask your body if you are truly hungry and only if you are truly hungry eat and stop when your appetite is satisfied. Too eat slowly and savor every bite. Maybe put one in the fridge and follow Geneens advice. I have tried the slowly and savor with a premeasured snack or meal and I have been able to be satisfied with much smaller portions. Just keep on keeping on

Don't give in. Hey maybe you can do what a friend of mine did when her husband brought her home a chocolate bunny.... she buried it in the flower garden with just the ears sticking out. I can just see a taco shell sticking up out of the dirt.

Egad...a saboteur in your midst! If you really don't want to eat it just wrap it in foil and store it in the frig. I eat tacos on occasion (everything in moderation) but usually ones that I prepare myself so I can control what goes in them.
