I am with you on being a doer not a dreamer. I have been thinking back to over a year ago when I lost 30 lbs, and what I did to lose it. Wanting to go back to that lifestyle, because I have not lost anything since, but one good thing is that I have become more fit. Can't complain about that.

I can totally relate to your post. I have been a dreamer most of my life and now I am trying to be a doer. I find that I get more accomplished that way (duh?!!). Seems I am not only a "slow loser" but also a "slow learner". Teehee Well at least we keep coming back. Good luck on your "moving" today. I think I will go do 1/2 hour of circuits. How about you? To break that chain of crazy things we all do the trick is to set small goals. For one week decide on a small goal of exercise, eating healthy and tracking them both on Spark. Work up from there. On the "my spark points" heading there are wonderful goals to set like developing a poster of all the eventual goals you have with pictures for inspiration. Good luck with all this which is something millions of us would like to accomplish but it can only happen a little bit at a time.

the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Oh Totally me some how I think by dreaming about being thin I will muster up the power to put my self on track eat right and exercise and the weight will fall right off . Never mind those stress binges and late night snacks. But I am here still reading and responding so I am going to enjoy that as progress or a step in the right direction.
