You know how when people first start eating healthy and exercising, the first week they lose a bunch of weight? Well, after a long while of out of control eating and gaining about 8 pounds (the highest I've been in about 8 years), I started eating very healthy, tracking everything and staying within the parameters, exercising 60 minutes every single day for one solid week, I've lost a total of 1.1 pounds. I'm really committed and see this as my on-going lifestyle choice, but, as I said, this is my M.O.
