Yes, since 7th grade. Tried contacts, but the longer I wore them the harder it was to make myself put them in every morning. Finally decided it wasn't worth it and went back to glasses.

I have worn glasses since I was about 13 and probably should have had them earlier but I didn't tell my parents I was having trouble. Actually, I didn't realize that I was having trouble until I got the glasses and a whole new world opened up. My glasses are now bifocals. I usually take them off to read as I am near-sighted and I see close up better without glasses.

I wear reading glasses in all different strengths since it depends on what I'm doing as to which pair I need. I have probably close to 20 pairs of them stashed all over the house and in the car...lol. One of these days I will break down and go to the eye doctor for some bi focals.

yes I have a pair of glasses for reading which I wear when reading, I have a pair of bifocals to wear all the time which I don't all the time as it is very hard to get used to the bifocals.

I've worn glasses since I was 11 months old. I briefly tried contacts back in the 80's but I couldn't wear them. Back then I was told I couldn't wear the soft ones so I had to try to hard ones and they were rough and scratchy on my eyes. Within a month I was back wearing my glasses.
