i want to thank everyone for their support. On Tuesday I was super stressed out binged and felt horrible but I kept reading your replies and visiting this site reading the articles and blogs. I kept up with my exercise ( plus extra exercise) but logged nothing. Yesterday I ate well for ma also logged nothing . I plan on taking a 5 mile walk and hope to do what I can with food. It is always a lot easier to get my self to work out for an hour or hour and a half than not to buy those caramels and eat the entire bag in one sitting . I will continue baby stepping it and journal my triggers in hopes to someday find a better way to handle my stress or anxiety break downs. again thanks for your positive feed back.

I sure agree, taking baby steps is the way to go or you feel scattered. I also am a real list maker. I make endless lists and cross things off as I go. I try to really concentrate on the thing I am doing and then go on to another thing when that is under control or totally done.

i had posted last week about being a quitter and several people told me to take baby steps and do just one thing at a time rather than jumping in with both feet and I just wanted to say thank you I am feeling better about the things i am able to do and feeling considerably less stressed . I am now like the little engine that could i think i can. have a great day everyone.
