Because of medication I take in the morning, I have to pack my breakfast. Just not getting up at 4:30 to manage. So it really varies. Try hard not to have to depend on a sweet roll.

My oatmeal with raisins and brown sugar. On Sundays, I might have eggs with PBJ on toast.

I've been having protein shakes while I'm on this diet, but my blender is breaking down. Well, not the blender, but the blades are seizing up. I was able to find replacement blades on Amazon, and now I'm just waiting for the mailman to deliver it.

A piece of raw fruit, usually apple, a couple mugs of coffee with an ounce or so of unsweetened chocolate almond milk in each, and a cup of lightly sweetened cereal OR a serving of whole grain saltines with creamy peanut butter.

a homemade smoothie with spinach, fruit, greek yogurt and flax seed.
I was eating raisin bran almost every day, but when I had a diabetes scare (turns out I don't have it), I was checking sugar content on everything and it turns out my raisin bran had more sugar per serving than the sugary kids cereals I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole...go figure.

I usually eat 2 mini breakfasts (one at 6:30 and again at 10:00) The first breakfast is typically cold cereal, milk, blueberries. My second breakfast which I really look forward to is whole wheat toast with almond butter and apricot fruit spread and a cup of coffee with chocolate Soy milk.

A very typical breakfast is an egg and whole grain toast or English muffin. I vary the way I eat them, so they don't get boring.
I really like whole grain or high fiber pancakes with real maple syrup, but I need to limit this.
When it's cold outside, oatmeal is good. I also like high fiber cold cereal - it's the quickest meal to prepare (it's good for lazy suppers, even).

Most days it is Shreddies & milk, plus Greek yogurt. But I sometimes like a poached egg on whole wheat toast or even toast with peanut butter and some Greek yogurt. I think I eat too much Greek yogurt, I love it!!

I start with 2 glasses of water with psyllium. Then I'll have a glass of green juice(pineapple juice blended with spinach, other green leafy veggies, flax seeds and UDO oil). Then, I'll have toast with p.butter and jam or cereal or oatmeal, or whatever I feel like eating that morning. Breakfast is a big production at my house!
