In GOD We Trust Choose To Lose "If you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired." -General George S Patton, U.S.Army, 1912 Olympian

Thanks! Good article. Also on the news tonight, they were talking about plastics helping put weight on and not being able to lose the weight. It is thought to be permanent and isn't the BPA they have already identified. The chemical is the strongest in your register receipts!! So the recommendations were to wash your hands immediately after touching the paper.
I don't know how reliable this is as it was on the local news in Omaha but thought it of interest as we drink our water mostly in plastic bottle, our foods are wrapped in forms of plastics, our groceries are bagged in plastic, etc. There is no way to get away from the chemical at this time. But it seems to be one of the "culprits in fighting the weight gaining and inability to easily lose.
Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner. Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.
