*I feel better when I am losing slowly. When I try to lose to fast, it makes me sick--even at the rates that are said to be safe. *My expectations are not having to lose 1-2 pounds a week. If I do that in a month I am on the right track. *I am concentrating on getting fit. The pounds can come off when they will. *I am eating in more healthy ways than I was, but social eating is still really important to me, and so is enjoying good food. I am just trying to be much more moderate about the ways I do that.
