Switch between oatmeal and shredded wheat. Once in a while I have sourdough english muffin with brummel & brown yogurt spread.

I like both hot and cold cereal but usually don't have time to eat hot cereal unless I buy the oatmeal in the cafeteria at work. (Not very tasty though.) Sometimes I'll take a portion of dry cereal to the office with me and add it in a carton of yogurt.

We not only eat it for breakfast but sometimes at night for a snack. We keep an assortment in the house but today when I went shopping I purchased a box of good old fashioned Kellogg's Corn Flakes. It was my childhood cereal and reminds me of my mother!

I've recently started eating OatBran instead of oatmeal. It's fabulous. The texture is more like Cream of Wheat, which I also love. As for cold cereal, once in a while I'll eat cold ceral for breakfast, but more often, I'll eat it as an evening snack.

Steel Cut oats with Old Fashion Oats and Cinnamon almost every morning have not had a box cereal in a very long time and that was Cheerios.

I'm not doing many grains these days, and almost all cereal is way over-processed, so no unless I go back to eating oatmeal occasionally. I need more protein to fill me up.
