I like both hot and cold cereal but usually don't have time to eat hot cereal unless I buy the oatmeal in the cafeteria at work. (Not very tasty though.) Sometimes I'll take a portion of dry cereal to the office with me and add it in a carton of yogurt.

We not only eat it for breakfast but sometimes at night for a snack. We keep an assortment in the house but today when I went shopping I purchased a box of good old fashioned Kellogg's Corn Flakes. It was my childhood cereal and reminds me of my mother!

I've recently started eating OatBran instead of oatmeal. It's fabulous. The texture is more like Cream of Wheat, which I also love. As for cold cereal, once in a while I'll eat cold ceral for breakfast, but more often, I'll eat it as an evening snack.

I LOVE cereal for breakfast- its usually oatmeal, Fiber One, or another type that's got high fiber. If its from a box in has skim milk with it- the oatmeal is good all on its own.

I usually have oatmeal a couple of times a week. I like to make it with an apple diced in it with some cinnamon. Really good. If I have cold cereal, it's always a high fiber one with fruit.

I do eat breakfast cereal occassionally but not for breakfast. Usually it's as an evening snack. But hubby and I talked about that last night and we're going to get some high fiber cereal the first of the month and start eating it for breakfast, switching between that and oatmeal.

I'm not doing many grains these days, and almost all cereal is way over-processed, so no unless I go back to eating oatmeal occasionally. I need more protein to fill me up.
