I'm on my own, so must of my meals are by myself. I do sneak an occasional treat when I'm at my daughter's babysitting or they're away. I live over their garage.

I live alone and I don't eat out much, so I eat alone nearly all of the time. I'm pretty good about eating healthy. The last time I ate unhealthy foods was when I was out with friends.

My husband & I eat dinner together, and usually lunch, too, but otherwise I eat alone. Sometimes sneakily, when he is on a diet rampage. He is a major yoyo dieter, while I am more steady on, and try to keep an even blood sugar through out the day.

I live alone and usually I'm the only employee at work...so yeah, I eat most of my meals alone. I see my boyfriend on Thurs and Fri night...we usually eat dinner together on those nights.

No. I eat in front of my DH and we share all meals together.

Lately, yes about 3/4 of the time. Hubby has had a lot of business functions that keep him away at dinner time recently.. I am doing so much better at healthy choices this way. (I think he is happy not to have to eat my salt-less food.)

I'm married and we are both retired, so we always eat our meals together.

Eat with Charlie most of the time but do suck on hard candy sometimes while reading or surfing the computer. No real binge eating though. I do know what that is and only did it one period of my life when I was extremely unhappy.
