I do my EA Active stuff sometime between 2pm - 5pm. Mostly because I want to finish before my boyfriend gets home. The idea of someone watching me workout is a little odd still.

Generally early afternoon. I do spinning at noon 2 days, work out with trainer at 11 one day, do water aerobics at 11 two days. Trainer has noted that I am noticeably stronger later in the day than early morning. I have always said I am not a morning person. Now that I am retired, this works.

I do best if I get my workouts done in the AM instead of the PM since by then I am pretty wiped out and my motivation dies down due to other obligations that pop into my line of focus. I have been making a good effort to still do some activities in the PM if due to my work schedule the AM is just not possible.

I go to a class at the gym most saturdays at 9:30 am......once in a while I train just before noon with my trainer....other than that,I prefer late afternoon....

I usually work out in the am when I go to the gym with a friend. The treadmill, like it will be today will be in the pm...just because I didn't do it yet and it is past noon!

I guess it really doesn't matter when...as long as I do it sometime!

Over the noon hour when I swim, because that is when the pool is open. Usually get to clinic to do elliptical trainer plus strength training around then also, tho that can vary. Walking on weekends is usually pm in winter, am in summer.

PM.
I work out about 12:45 to 1 pm in afternoon. I have a long lunch hour and I have enough time to make it across town to Curves. If I cannot go during day I can usually make it right after work.
I go 3 x and sometimes 4 x a week now.
