Unfortunately, it could happen. Don't fret. I've been on a plateau for months but I'm losing inches ... slowly but when you buy new pants and they're already getting too big then you know something is headed in the right direction.

I have done the diet thing many times for many years and this time I am actually suceeding (tho I do hit slow spells from time to time) because I am really exercising and tracking my daily food. the exercise is realy making the difference, reshaping my body to boot. can't emphasize it enough. even just a little bit every day. Have you tried the 10 minute a day challenge?

I think our bodies need to take a bit of time to adjust. It's like they are asking, "is this for real?" especially if we have been doing the up and down weight-loss thing. Drink lots of water too. Has your water consumption decreased? I also notice that I plateau if I am not getting enough sleep. Good luck.

are you exercising? if you are, maybe you are not eating enough. have you been tracking your eating? Could be you just need to vary up your eating, look closely at the nutrition, eating a lot of sodium and stop our efforts, eating more fats or white carbs can hurt also.,
