Yes, I highly recommend many of her cardio and strength workouts. You may find some available to borrow from your local library. Some of her workouts are too advanced for beginners and some are a little easy for more fit walkers, but she has so many options to choose from that you're sure to find something suitable.
I think the hardest part is just getting started (putting on exercise clothes and getting your hair out of your face and also starting the DVD), but Leslie Sansone has a great supportive attitude and the time passes quickly. One more thing, you really don't need very much room in front of the television or computer to get a nice cardio and/or strength workout. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
A few years ago I was gifted with a set of 3 Leslie Sansone VHS tapes and loved them! We replaced the VCR with a DVD player and Ijust last week ordered her on dvd. I find that even with osteoarthritis I can get through one of her tapes! I reconmmend them highly.

I have several of her dvd's that I enjoy. I also use some of her videos that have been downloaded to youtube. Lots of freebies there if you take the time to look and find them. Bookmark them and it's easy access. I can pull them up through our wii and use the tv instead of the computer.

I have been using her exercise programs for years!! Its great because anybody can do it. You can make it as hard or as easy as you want. I started walk aerobics back when Leslie Sansone was Leslie Tamalio. I have 5 or 6 of her CDs. It can be high impact or low. I encourage you to try her.
