Am getting back on track today. I will look at it from this point of view; I feel miserable again:)
It can be good to feel it again and knowing i can feel so differently. Tomorrow i will restart my going to the gym!

Yes. And after baking 6 dozen cookies (and sending them straight out the door) and all the stuff that managed to make its way into the house from well-meaning friends, it is such a shock.

I went off track (in a really bad way) for 6 days..back on track starting yesterday. Weigh in tomorrow to see what the damage is...

Did pretty well with eating, but exercise is way off. Need to get back on track pronto.

i was hammered by holiday cheer and good eats
ran 5k today and did strength exercises
Zumba tomorrow so life is yet good!!!!

No, I didn't track, but after all that cooking I really didn't feel like eating, so I didn't gain any weight. Today I'm back to tracking.

no.. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day I didn't even bother tracking.. too many nibbles.. today I should be somewhat better. We had guests who just left, which makes it tough to be good.

Not really. However I was aware of the items I ate and about how much. Back on track this morning and rocking the new wii fit I got yesterday. I do have 2 more parties this week. I already picked a nice healthy mediterranean greek salad to make for both.

no, didn't really bother trying hard, either. i would've had a far-worse tension headache otherwise.

There was a lot of meat and few veggies, but every time i had a small plate, i made sure to get a little veggies and spinach dip and spend time with them.

Oh Carolyn, Golden Corral is the HARDEST place for me to eat right!! My advice is to start with a big salad (with just a little dressing) and eat it slowly as you talk to your friend. Then lots of veggies and a small serving of meat. I believe they have sugarfree pudding if you enjoy pudding - its those other desserts that are so dangerous (and have led me astray more than once!)

I also did NOT do well with my eating over the holiday. My sister-in-law is visiting and I've eaten way too much. She is leaving tomorrow so that is my 'official' back on track day but I'm going to try hard to be good today. I've already hidden the rest of the Chex Mix (I have the HARDEST time leaving it alone! - I think its addictive!) to serve on Saturday when my Red Hat friends come here for brunch. Tomorrow when Phil takes his sister to the airport I'm going to get busy cleaning after my walk. The house is already pretty clean so I just need to vacuum but I also want to finish organizing my closet and drawers - I ran out of time before she arrived.

Its not like she was going to look in them, but having out of town company always puts me in a cleaning mood and when I feel like organizing I try not to do anything else LOL.

Nope, not me. I've not been too bad though. Today I am meeting a friend at the Golden Choral (not my choice) for lunch. This might not be a good meal to get back on track but tomorrow, I'll be on Track and Walking again!!!!
