Absolutely! I get a headache, upset stomach, jittery and cranky, just like others mentioned. My boyfriend is hypoglycemic so we are both hyper aware of sugar drops and mood shifts like this, especially since we suspect one of his daughters is as well.
Eating regularly - something small no more than 1.5 hours apart, for me - keeps this away.
When my DH, then a new BF, first met my mom and a close friend the both told him the key to keeping me happy....Keeping Me Fed!! LOL!! It was a well established fact that I get very grumpy when hungry!!
I'm not so sure that it is as true now as it was before SP and healthier eating. I'm sure if I felt "starving' then yes, but for normal hunger I can hold it together much better than I used to!

I do - I suddenly get to a point when I *really* need to eat and woe betide anyone (eg my husband) who doesn't take that seriously! The worst times are when we are travelling and hunger hits on a motorway somewhere with no food readily available.
Generally, though, I have been grumpier since I started watching what I eat. I'm not cutting my calories down to silly levels - I usually have 1400 or more - but I have noticed that I have been much more irritable
I feel guilty about it but am not sure what to do - the only solution would seem to be grazing all day which really would defeat the object!
I am not going to be 2.5 stones overweight any more. Period.
